Terms and Conditions of Delivery
1. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders placed between Thursday 9 AM and Monday 9 AM will be dispatched starting Monday on a next-working-day delivery basis (i.e., delivery on Tuesday).

Deliveries to all postcodes in England, Scotland, and Wales follow a next-working-day delivery schedule, subject to the above condition.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight operate on a 2-working-day delivery basis, subject to the first condition.
2. Delivery Attempts and Refunds

Courier services will attempt delivery twice on consecutive days. If the customer does not receive the order on the second attempt, it will be returned to Bombay Basket, and a refund will be processed within 10 working days.

If an order is not received after two attempts, a delivery charge of £6.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public/bank holidays.
3. Delivery Terms

Deliveries are made to the address specified by the customer at the time of order placement. A signature from an adult (18 years or older) is required upon receipt.

Pasand Shop will notify customers via email when goods are dispatched, including estimated delivery dates and any potential delays.

Delivery times range from 9 AM to 9 PM, subject to location and availability.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the order may be returned to our store, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

If there are no reported issues within 24 hours of delivery, the order is considered accepted.
4. Returns and Cancellations

Pasand Shop aims to deliver high-quality goods. However, in cases of incorrect or faulty items, customers should contact us within 24 hours to arrange returns.

Customers may opt for a replacement (if available) or a refund through the original payment method. Pasand Shop does not cover shipment costs for postal returns.

Perishable items must be reported within 12 hours if faulty. Refunds are issued upon return of the goods in their original condition.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, perishable goods are not eligible for a 30-day return window; eligibility is determined based on reasonable shelf life.
