Our Cancellation Policy is as follows

1. Once your order is completed, modifications are not allowed.

   If you need to make changes, you must cancel your order by emailing onlineorders@rasoifoods.co.uk  with your name, order reference number, contact number, and home address.

   Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment card.

   Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been dispatched.
